Clint McGuire is a board-certified personal injury trial lawyer who has been representing injury victims for over twenty years, including cases involving wrongful death, railroad injuries, maritime injuries, tractor-trailer crashes, construction defects, automobile accidents and others. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, having recovered $1,000,000 or more for more than 40 clients. Clint is union-designated counsel for SMART TD, the nation’s largest union representing railroad workers. Clint has personally handled hundreds of railroad cases under the Federal Employers’ Liability Act, Federal Safety Appliance Act, and Locomotive Inspection Act. Clint grew up in a railroad family. His father was employed for 42 years as a railroad conductor for BNSF Railway Company and other family members have worked for Union Pacific Railroad Company as conductors. Clint was born and raised in Galveston County, Texas, received a Bachelor’s of Science degree from the University of Houston, and attended South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas.
Jeff McGuire began his (first) career as a railroad conductor for Houston Belt & Terminal Railway and then Union Pacific Railroad Company. After seven years with UP, Jeff made a career change and attended law school. After graduating from South Texas College of Law Houston in 2007, Jeff worked at an insurance defense firm–where he gained valuable insight into how defendants and insurance companies handle and evaluate claims. Jeff uses the experience he gained representing defendants and insurance companies to help people that are injured. Jeff’s professional experience involves handling hundreds of cases concerning workplace injuries; including railroad employees, maritime employees, and vehicular injuries. Jeff is married with three children. He enjoys traveling, softball, and studying history.
